I bought 10 castings. I have used one myself and kept another as a drill jig, so I have 8 castings left. The pattern cost me £150. Each casting cost £20. So if I get £40 each (plus carriage but no vat) I am happy. The drilling can be done using the MG Midget and Sierra bellhousings as drill jigs, thus ensuring perfect alignment. The lathe work is easy and I have an easy to follow drawing. I would do the lathe work for £10 but I would prefer not to have to touch them. So if anyone wants a casting, first come, first served. I also have the drawing for the clutch slave cylinder and details of how to make the propshaft. Drawing for gearbox mounting will follow. It’s easy to fabricate. |
